Featured Book: "Nourishing Traditions"

This month I have featured one of the best nutrition cookbooks there is and possibly ever will be (dare I say), “Nourishing Traditions” by Sally Fallon. Sally Fallon works with the Weston Price Association, an association that educates people on the health benefits of traditional diets and challenges politically correct nutrition so commonly seen in recent past and today. This is no trendy cookbook. Mrs. Fallon combines the ancient wisdom of food preparation and food nutrition with the latest accurate scientific research to present to us a way of eating delicious and nourishing meals that just makes (not so common), common sense. I highly recommend this book to anyone out there interested in food, health and nutrition, or anyone who just likes to challenge today’s norms.
